This privacy policy applies to the Peak Tap game for mobile devices (the "Application"), operated by CandleLight ("we", "us").

We do not collect, store, or receive any personal data. The Application has no accounts and no servers of its own. Your game progress, settings, and purchases are saved only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the Application.

The Application shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process data such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, and device information to deliver, measure, and personalize ads. This data is collected by Google, not by us, and is handled under Google's privacy policy.

Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), the Application asks for your consent through Google's consent form before showing personalized ads. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

Purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. See the Google Privacy Policy.

The Application is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child's data has been collected through the ads in the Application, contact us and we will help you with the request.

Since we hold no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. To stop all data collection, uninstall the Application. For data collected by Google, see Google's privacy policy. California residents may exercise their CCPA/CPRA rights with Google directly.

We may update this policy. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
